We want you to be 100% happy with your Official Love Island Shop gear, but if you've had a change of heart, you can return most items within 28 days of delivery. Please ensure all products are unused, in their original packaging, and that personalized items are only returned if they are faulty.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
